The
first four courses of Christophe's Tasting Menu are all half-portions
(first two appetizers, then two entrées), and are
followed by a selection from the cheese tray, and finally
an assortment of desserts. Each course is accompanied by a
specially chosen half-glass of wine from our wine dispenser.
The wine selection along with the tasting menu and prix-fixe
menu changes every five to six weeks. However, since Christophe
does design his menus very much according to what is in season
and available, a week rarely goes by without at least one
dish being replaced by another.
A vegetarian tasting menu is available if reserved in advance.
