Christophe's fabulous handmade chocolates and pâte de fruits (fruit jellies) make wonderful gifts to send or keep for yourself. If you've dined at Christophe's, you have probably tasted these after dinner sweets. With no preservatives, the ingredients are simple: Belgian chocolate,
French fruit purées, sugar. And from Vermont: cream, butter and eggs.

Christophe's chocolates are hand cut and hand dipped (no molds are used);
the fillings are light and airy and full of just the right amount of flavor and sweetness.

The intense flavors of the pâte de fruits are difficult to resist.
